Psychometric Measures

Please see our questionnaires below

You may have been asked by your Clinical Psychologist to complete some questionnaires (also called measures, psychometrics, or tests). We only use scientifically validated questionnaires that have been developed and tested on large samples to ensure robustness and clinical reliability.

These questionnaires often assess a particular clinically-significant domain, for example, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, or cognitive flexibility. A score is typically produced which represents a category, like mild, moderate, or high. They are often used to aid assessment and monitor treatment progress.

If you have any questions about these questionnaires, please feel free to speak to your Clinical Psychologist or contact us. We are more than happy to help.
